Power to win better wages, improved benefits, and more meaningful rights on the jobs. It’s our time. This summer, our union contracts expire – which means that we need to start getting ready to win right now. We’ve seen inflation erode our hard-earned wage increases, Legacy management show disrespect for the work that we do, while we keep working harder. It’s our time to win more.
Now is the moment to stand up and win more. The first step is showing up:

At our union hall (in the Lloyd District – 525 NE Oregon St) for our first Contract Action Team (CAT) meetings. We’re kicking off our fight for the wages, benefits, and rights on the job that we deserve.

Poder para ganar mejores salarios, mejores beneficios y derechos más significativos en el trabajo. Es nuestro momento. Este verano vencen nuestros contratos de la Uníon, lo que significa que tenemos que empezar a prepararnos para ganar desde ahora. Hemos visto cómo la inflación ha erosionado los aumentos salariales que tanto nos costó conseguir, cómo la gerencia de Legacy ha mostrado falta de respeto por el trabajo que hacemos, mientras seguimos trabajando más duro. Es nuestro momento de ganar más.
