Workers at Legacy Mt. Hood, who voted to join SEIU 49 in 2024, won a first contract that addresses their priorities including wages, benefits, and more.


GOOD JOBS & FAIR WAGES

Across-the-board (ATB) pay increases from a minimum of 4% to 14% based on experience. Effective two pay periods following ratification.

Annual anniversary step increase on salary review date (hire or promotion date)

10 years $1.10 per hour
20 years $500 Bonus

Across-the-Board (ATB) of 3% one year from ratification date.

ADDED DIFFERENTIALS & STAFFING INCENTIVES

✓ Work in a higher paid classification = placed on step in that classification; that results in a minimum of $.35 an hour.

Minimum $1.00 hourly Trainer Differential available to all.

✓ 21-day trial period when transferring into another classification.
