Legacy Bargaining Update 01: It’s Go Time!

Our elected SEIU Local Bargaining Team Kicked Off Bargaining this Week 

Together nearly 20 bargaining team members sent a strong message to Legacy’s management bargaining team over our top priorities. 

Our union priorities in bargaining come from what we heard from our members in our bargaining surveys they are: 

✅ Respect and A Voice On the Job

✅ Safe Staffing, Safe Conditions & Quality Care

✅ Affordable Quality Healthcare Benefits

✅ Good wages that recruit and retain the best caregivers 

✅ Improved Paid Time off and Scheduling

✅ Protecting what we have and not losing anymore benefits or rights

What’s the CAT?  The CAT are people in our union who can help share information, stay in touch with bargaining team members, and make sure everyone is involved and is taking action so we show our union support.
