Wednesday: We delivered our proposals — now it's Legacy's move

On Wednesday, our bargaining team met with management and presented our final initial proposals, covering APL, health insurance, hours of work and overtime, and seniority. After a full afternoon at the table, management did not respond with any proposals of their own. The ball is now in their court.
Our team was ready to bargain all day on July 15, but Legacy cancelled the morning session. No additional dates are scheduled yet — we're waiting on Legacy management to offer more dates in July. Our bargaining team is working hard to make Legacy a place we can all be proud to work and receive care.
Monday: Standing together with AFSCME and ONA
Our bargaining team met with the AFSCME and ONA bargaining teams to talk about how we can support each other and work together to win contracts that improve our members' lives.

A former SEIU member and Legacy employee recently won her case against Legacy at BOLI! Holding Legacy accountable when they violate the contract or the law is what a union is for.
