22 DAYS, ZERO RESPONSE
We came to the table ready to work. Your elected bargaining team met with Legacy management, presented our proposals, and delivered our pledge to stand together across Legacy Good Samaritan, Emanuel, Unity, and Randall.
Our contract expired 22 days ago. Management has responded to ZERO of our proposals.
Prior to delivering our final proposals today, management had 21 proposals from past bargaining sessions. They insisted we deliver our wage proposals by June 23; we did. Still no response. This is after they canceled our scheduled bargaining on July 15. What’s the hold up?
Our proposals are about making Legacy a place where caregivers can stay, grow, and give patients the care they deserve. Management’s silence speaks for itself — and our answer is unity.
