ONE MONTH, NO CONTRACT

Our contract expired on June 30, 2026. We have been meeting with Legacy since June 9, and we have shared our key priorities at the table. Now, it’s on Legacy management to bring responses to the table that meet our demands!

• Safe staffing, safe working conditions, and quality care

• Affordable, quality healthcare benefits

• Good wages that help recruit and retain the best caregivers

• Improved paid time off and scheduling

• Protection of our current benefits and rights

• A commitment to fighting and winning together as one union at Emanuel, Good Sam, Unity, and Randall Children’s Hospital
