I hereby release the Service Employees International and Service Employees International Local 49 from any and all claims and damages ensuing from use of images, video or quotes. This includes any and all claims of libel or invasion of privacy. In giving this permission (or legal approval on behalf of a minor for whom I am responsible), I release any claim for payment related to said images, negative, or recordings, now or in the future.
