SEIU SERVICE WORKERS UNITED!: Your SEIU Service bargaining team met with management again on Monday.  Management continues to say NO to our priorities.

  • Wages that will retain the incredible workforce we have at St. John

    • ❌ Management proposes 3% / 3% / 3% / 3.25%

  • Controlling Health Insurance costs and out-of-pocket expenses

    • ❌ Management says NO

  • Protecting evening and night shift differentials

    • ❌ Management proposes changes that would cost some members thousands of dollars per year

  • Time and half pay for working on a day off

    • ❌ Management says NO

  • Removing longevity steps so members receive a step increase each year

    • ❌ Management says NO

  • A new weekend differential

    • ❌ Management says NO
