3% WON’T PAY THE RENT!

We have waited and waited for management to show us that they take us and our priorities seriously. We provide quality patient care to our community, and management thanks us by proposing raises that don’t keep up with the rising costs of living while increasing our insurance premiums.


Management proposed 3% across-the-board raises with a few market adjustments and financial takeaways including;

❌ Taking away evening and night shift differential from a large number of our members.

❌ Taking away double time for working 4 hours past the end of your shift.

Management continues to say NO to our priorities:

❌ NO to time and a half for working on your day off.

❌ NO to controlling Health Insurance costs.

❌ NO to caps on out-of-pocket costs.

❌ NO to removing longevity steps so members receive a step increase each year.

❌ NO to increased night shift differential.

❌ NO to a weekend differential.
