PeaceHealth Peace Harbor: VICTORY! New Union Contract Approved! Wage Increases on the Way!

We are excited to announce that a supermajority of SEIU members at Peace Harbor have voted YES to ratify our new contract!

We have secured:

✅ 4% wage increases for all SEIU members

✅ Increases to all of our differentials

✅ Bonuses that recognize longevity

✅ Better language for scheduling and PTO requests

✅ Protected our Education Fund and our gym benefit, and more.

What’s Next?

  • Your wage increase and Longevity Bonus (if applicable) should be visible on your July 31 paycheck.

  • All contract language changes will start effective July 1, 2026.

We will work to get the contract finalized and ready to distribute as soon as possible, and once it’s ready to go, we will make sure to notify union members via text and/or email!
