October Raises for Kaiser

Victory in every paycheck: Our 5% raise is coming!

In 2023, we won the highest raises in Coalition history—21% over four years. By June 2026, pay in the Northwest will reach at least $23/hour. 

For 2025, members in the Northwest will see a 5% raise effective October 12, which will appear in your October 31 paycheck. This raise wasn’t given to us—it was won through our collective action. 

That same power and unity will be essential as we prepare for 2027 bargaining. During the week of October 6–10 we will show our unity by wearing stickers to mark the second anniversary of our historic strike and remind Kaiser that we remain united, strong, and ready for the fight ahead. Together, we secure the future our families deserve.
