Endorsed Ballot Measures:

Washington State Referendum 90

During the 2020 Washington Legislative Session, a coalition of parents, educators, medical professionals, and advocates passed a law in Washington state that requires all public schools to teach age-appropriate inclusive, comprehensive sex health education to k-12 students.

Early this year a group of extremists launched a misinformation campaign attacking inclusive, age-appropriate, comprehensive sexual health education and gathered enough signatures – during a pandemic – to put that law up for a public vote this November which is referendum 90. They are running a no campaign on referendum 90 and if they succeed, this law will be repeal and the state will we will lose the opportunity to teach students with age appropriate comprehensive sex education. This law is about keeping young people safe and healthy.
