Crossing the strike line

·       Union stewards will be on the strike line.

·       If you cross our strike line management can (and probably will) re-assign you to any job duty at any location and if you refuse, you may be subject to the discovery process for insubordination.

·       If you work from home and log in to KP computer during our strike, you are essentially crossing the virtual strike line.  KP can (and probably will) tell you that you need to come into a clinic or hospital, and if you don't, you may be subject to the discovery process for insubordination.

·      You’ll be welcomed on our line anytime. We’re stronger together and power in numbers on the line helps us quickly achieve the improvements we need to raise the standard of living for working families in a timely manner.
