SPCH Bargaining Update #3: Management Falls Short at the Table

What did management “offer?”

  • A non-retroactive pay increase of just 3%

  • No increase to retirement contribution

  • No time and a half pay for veterans on Veterans Day

  • Removing the $40 cap on insurance premiums increases
