Samaritan Health Systems: Bargaining Update 2
BARGAINING HAS BEGUN!
Bargaining has begun at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center Service (GSRMC) and Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital (SLCH)! Both teams won agreements that protect our contracts in the event of a sale or transfer.
GSRMC Service also won the addition of mediation language to the grievance process allowing member and management another opportunity to resolve issues before an arbitration.
SLCH laid the foundation for future bargaining sessions, and we won a seat on the SHS Health Insurance Advisory Committee.
Our bargaining teams are bringing our priorities to the table and standing together to win great contracts. We are stronger when we stand together to improve the lives of our members, our families, and our patients.
