3% WON’T PAY THE RENT!

💜 Your SEIU49 Bargaining Team proposed wages that caregivers need, and wages that keep up with other PeaceHealth facilities.

Management Proposed…

❌ ONLY 3% with market adjustments for only some of our members, not all.

❌ Management stuck to their proposal that takes shift differentials AWAY from members.

❌ Management sent an email that confused our members, misleading many into believing that management proposed more money than they actually did.

❌ Management proposed reducing report pay to 2 hours, changing the standards of call-back pay which would result in even more money lost by members.

❌ Management announced premium increases even though we are actively bargaining.

💜 Your SEIU49 Bargaining Team proposed that new facilities be opened as union facilities.

Management said NO.
