SEIU 49 Members Deliver: 3,000+ Demand Fair PSP Payout

SEIU 49 members from Kaiser delivered a petition signed by more than 3,000 Kaiser caregivers calling for a fair 2025 PSP payout. Frontline staff met the moment all year—pushing to hit attendance and performance goals despite missing data, weak communication, and a breakdown in real partnership from management.

We made it clear: when partnership fails, the cost should not fall on caregivers. Kaiser cannot miss its obligations and then deny workers the bonus they worked for.

We are demanding a $1,500 PSP payout for 2025 and a reset in 2026 to ensure real accountability and genuine labor-management partnership moving forward. By showing up together and putting leadership on notice, Kaiser workers are building the unity needed to secure fair PSP outcomes—and stronger leverage heading into 2027 bargaining.

Stay tuned for next steps!
