Who is Our Executive Board and What Do They Do?

The Executive Board sets our union’s vision, goals and oversees the finances of our union. There are 31 elected board seats including 5 officer seats and 26 seats to cover geographic areas, industries (or sectors), and bargaining units with over 300 members.

It’s up to us to nominate and elect those candidates whom we believe can best lead our union to achieve better jobs and better health for our community.

How do Executive Board Elections Work?

1) Be on the lookout for an envelope from our union arriving the week of January 16.

This is what your Executive Board Election envelope will look like when it arrives.

2) Read the included voter guide. This guide will be tailored to the seats you are able to vote for on your ballot. (LINK TO BE ADDED)

3) Fill in the circle with the name of the candidate(s) you think will best represent our Union.

4) Put the ballot back in the return envelope and mail it. You do not need a stamp to send in your ballot—all postage is already paid!
