What do I need to do if I terminate my employment?

You can get a withdrawal card for $5.00, which is good indefinitely. You must contact the union office within 30 days to report your termination. A withdrawal card will allow you to take another union job [Local 49, any other SEIU local, or UFCW Local 555] without having to pay another initiation fee.
