$500,000 victory for Kaiser Member Intake Specialists

Member Intake Specialists at Kaiser Permanente recently won a grievance in arbitration. The arbitrator decided in favor of the employees, who had been fighting for over a year to get their positions reclassified into a higher pay grade. The decision awarded back pay retroactive to January 1, 2008 to all Member Intake Specialists — over 400 Kaiser employees!
