SEIU is made up of more than 36,000 healthcare workers across the Northwest with 2,600 in the PeaceHealth system. Our members include service workers who are front and center of our union, leading the way in making real improvements for caregivers that in turn help us deliver quality care our community deserves.

The win amongst other things includes: 21% wage increases over three years, more affordable healthcare and assurance that caregivers have a voice in patient care and staffing.

“We’re excited to sit down with PeaceHealth administration and be able to improve our jobs and have a voice for better care. As one of the largest employers in Northwest Washington it’s important we have family wage jobs and quality healthcare benefits for ALL caregivers.”
